I am Owner and Seller of HRS Enterprise. As per Meesho Policy seller need to claim their return damaged or Missing product for Compensation in Under 7 days. But now they are Not accept claim now of Return product. i have also received Damaged and missing some items in my return product but now they say that they are not eligible for Claim. so who is responsible for my money Meesho or Logistic Partner for damaged our Product. I need Justice for this issue. there is my so many orders which need to be claim.

Yes you are right. Meesho is not giving claim now a days. My some products are damaged & those products are courier return
