I have recharged my set top box for rs 1436 on 26/4/2021 via tatasky app, my bank was debited but my box didn’t receive the recharge, on complaining I have received 5 days temporary credit of rs240. And that rs1436 was credited in my bank on 29/4/2021. Then on fifth day that is 1/5/2021 the given credit is debited from my account and I got a negative balance of rs(-191), I again recharged on same day for 1436 + 200 extra that is rs1636 from different mode from what I chose earlier on 26/4/2021 as suggested by customer care executive. But again the amount is debited from my bank account and I didn’t receive the credit in my tatasky box. I again called customer care, but this time they didn’t give me extra temporary credit for 5 days suggesting that I have a negative balance of rs(-191). Now this negative balance is because of last unsuccessful recharge. Please help me as I will not be able to watch tv as I don’t want to recharge while my money is already blocked and tatasky denied me extra 5 days temporary credit. It’s not my problem it’s their problem. Please tatasky give me my 1636 and in the mean time give 5 days credit..So I will be to watch my Tv without any hinderence.
