Acording to TRAI information I was choose my packages(tata sky account-subscriber id-1246508707) on 01-02-2019 at 10:15AM and my request id is-635244017.But Up to now i didn’t get my selected packages. When I was Contact first time i.e 01-02-2019 evening at nearly 9:00pm With TATA SKY-Customer care they told me server busy wait up to morning and then second time 02-02-2019 morning nearly at 08:35am they told me it’s take some time please wait up to evening automatically the packages are update, when i was check at evening time nearly at 08:45pm packages are not updated and then i was contact with tatasky one guy his name was VINODHKUMAR he told me if you want urgent basis then you can contact tatasky dealer in your area (what a beautiful answer…Bloody…) how they told like that and then i was argued about that he was disconnect my call and then after 15-minutes i was called again tatasky my good time this was the SAME Guy MR.VINODHKUMAR respond and then he told me 02-02-2019 at 09:03PM your package will activated wait up to that time but in that time the time was 09:10Pm again he was given beautiful answer and then i was asked about my complaint number he told me (1aj267-I think it was fake) and again he told me the complaint number will get your registered mobile number, i was not get the message again he was disconnect my call.So Please Do Proper Action About this and Give Proper Service to Customers.
