i recently bought 43 in 4k TV , a Blaupunkt branded one through Flipkart in Flipkart product having one year warranty . after two month TV is not working. TV screen full of flickering. if we contact flip kart , they ask us to contact Blaupunkt. the actual problem is here the mail ID on blaupunkt site is not working one , if call through phone they inform us to send mail. but the mail ID is not proper the mail is bouncing back. Flipkart is not verifying product support information properly . this is a kind of cheating . selling products with out proper support information.
