Text of Complaint by Gurmandeep Singh:

I Bought a product “Syska LED smart bulb” from Amazon on 22 august 2022. The product comes with two year warrant. Bulb got fused in 6 months. I raised a issue with amazon and syska too for the replacement of the product which is valid according to the warranty given by the company. I mailed a number of times, call a number of times to both (amazon and syska) they take my complaint every time but not give a solution. Amazon put it o syska that “ you are eligible for replacement but syska is responsible for that to syska gives you the product” , when I contact with syska they take my complaint and ask me to follow the mails for return the damage product and take the new product but after that just mails coming on my id, no procedure in mails to change the product.
Syska everytime mail with
