I had purchased a ticket for Bengaluru to Kolkata with booking reference REF276756474 through Travolook (Wing In Travel Advisory Pvt Ltd) and after deduction of the fare amount from my credit card, I received a mail stating that my booking has been cancelled and that I would receive the refund in 10-15 days. But when the timeline elapsed, on calling them they are making up excuses of some technical glitch and telling it would require 5-6 working days further for the refund. But I find it fishy and fussy as they are unwilling to put it in mail and the customer service team have either been disconnecting the call or citing vague excuses. Further, circumlocution and harassment and deliberate juggling of of words is what they are doing when I reported the same on their social media page or reached customer care executive. I feel cheated and deceived and request urgent intervention in this regards. This deceitful website is no less than a cyber scam and needs to be reprimanded. I hope this gets heard and expect a speedy redressal of my grievance.
