I have ordered one item and payed for that online through google pay on 22 march 2022. On 26th march I received a message that my order will be delivered today night, but I did not receive it. The next day the delivery man called and brought the order and asked for payment again. Then I called amazon customer care, they said that 2 orders have been placed for the exact same item and I have payed for 1st item and have to pay for 2nd item. The order was important so I paid for that item again and amazon services said that the money for 1st item that I did not receive will be refunded to my bank account on the next day. I did not receive the refund on the next day and i called again on 27th march, they again said that that refund will be done on 30th but did not receive the refund. I again called today and they said again to wait until more 2-3 days.
