Text of Complaint by Sreya Das:

I have a airtel customer since 21st jan 2020. And since then I am recharging my sim with 399 pack, whick comes with 1.5gb data per day, free calling and 100 sms per day for 56 days. But recently i discovered that i am unable to call and sms, and even unable to ise data. And for information, i would like to attach that i have not completed my 56th day, for that i paid. That means, i have paid for 56 days and i am getting only 50 days. Please take a look at this.
