My earlier set-up box stopped working so we brought a new one which will work with same id for 2150 rs. The lady at the airtel service centre told us that our earlier amount will be added to the new plan and a total of 360 rs will be provided for 6 months balance that is around 2160 rs plus our earlier amount of about 212 rs was to be reflected but only rs 307 appeared in the account. Now they don’t pick up the call .they also provided a warranty of 1year but when asked for warranty card they told us to write yesterday on the box ourselves. Guess they won’t cheat on it in future. Please do something.else let them take back the setup box and give our money back .we will change the network.
