I have done the recharge of 299 which includes Amazon prime membership. The validity of this pack is for 28 days.
I have contacted the customer service representatives on the day of recharge. They have transferred the call 5 times and I explained the same issue to all of them. After 45 minutes of call, they told me that I have to wait for 5 days (till September 20) to get this benefits.
The pack itself is for 28 days only and the customer has to wait for 5 days because of their irresponsible.
The response of the customer service representative was irrelevant, terrible and full of arrogance. When I asked the relevance of this, he just disconnected the call. And now it’s one week I’m still waiting. There is no updates from the respective people.
I have attached the message which I got from them after the call. Kindly do the needful.
