 am using your Airtel service since more than 10 years. I haven’t got any problem with your service. However since last one month I’m facing lot of 4G connectivity issues.
I contacted your customer service and was advised to change the SIM, I have changed the sim however no luck.
The problem is that I get a 4G network but all of a sudden it gets disconnected and switches to 2G and later the network disappears for at least 2-3 minutes.
As I am working from home I completely rely on your fast internet connection.
I have attached the screenshot for better understanding.
I would request you to please check and help resolving the issue ASAP.
Was assured ny your management team yesterday that by the end of the day my issue will be resolved however it isn’t.
