Hello,
My name is Kailash Shardul from Vadodara. My Tataskt ID # is 1035361839. I am not able to receive the tata sky service for last 3 days. Requested for service on 02/08/2019, & continuously following up with the customer care. They all are registering the complaint and promising to solve the problem asap. But, there is no response from tata sky till date. My registered request no. of tata sky is – WO No#1LBXW4NI. They asked for the paid service charges of Rs. 150/- and I agreed for the same. Then also i am not able to receive the service to correct the problem till date. This is really not the experience we have aimed for. Not really happy with the service.
