Not getting support from Brand (Nokia) and Seller (Flipkart)

Text of Complaint by Partha Pratim Das:

I am facing huge issue after purchasing the laptop from Flipkart and for which Flipkart is the service partner in India as I have seen during purchase. Once SSD got defective and it was out of action for about 30 days. After huge effort got the replacement of the SSD. Also I have lost huge valuable data in that process. Then laptop again was not switching on. I raised complain, service engineer told motherboard is damaged. He asked for MB replacement but the Nokia was unable to send that part. After that flipkart raised refund request and told EKart will pickup the laptop and within 2 days of pickup refund will be processed. Also they have taken my Bank Account details. But after that I am waiting days after days for the pickup and again and again automatically pickup and refund request getting cancelled automatically. Everyday I am investing several hours in talking with the customer care. Most of them creating new issues and generating new dates. In the present situation I am in deep problem without the laptop. My work getting hampered everyday. So I will request you to refund my amount 49990 immediately so that I can book a new laptop from Flipkart. Otherwise please mention clearly that refund or replacement is not possible please throw the laptop in the dustbin, then also my daily harassments will be solved at least. Also I will be able to take help of the experts for evaluating and claiming the actual financial and professional loss caused by the laptop.
