I have switched from VI postpaid to Jio postpaid to get better services. Currently using Rs 399 plan and was promised to get free subscription to Amazon prime, hotstar and Netflix. Well I got subscription to Hotstar and Amazon prime but not NETFLIX. I called customer care executive and they are asking me to wait for the banner to appear on the my jio app. It has been 3 days since I am waiting for the banner.
