Text of Complaint by Shilpa Shukla:

After continuous calls from Ms Anjali from Humsafar Matrimony, we have made the payment for my brother’s marriage. Moments after the payment was made the executive stopped taking our calls!! Then I called their customer care no highlighted our problem 4 times then also we have not received a solution yet. Neither they are picking up our calls nor they are refunding our money.. We have paid ₹4500 and none of them are professional in this fraud company..

I urge the authorities out there to please help us get our money back from this fraud & unprofessional company..

    Can you post your social media link? I want to create trouble for these matrimonial scammers. So I want to know more about them before I will be able to do something against them.

    Others can also post their social link. So we together can take action against them.
