I have purchased fire bolt invincible watch in 24 th July 2022..in short time battery was drained. So i have approached nearest customer care centre of fire bolt(it is no use at all)..they told me u will get replacement watch in shortly ..after some days I got a call from company that u will be offered coupon code as same model colour is not available in https://t.co/0G0ehoCWFo i didnt asked for any coupon code..i want my replacement watch or refund my money…eventhough i have tried to buy a watch from fire bolt website as per mail received from company..but here is again u turn,when I selected my pincode no for delivery it shows said pincode is not serviceble..It is very surprised that in mega city like ahmedabad i couldn’t got deleivery..Then I have checked with other pincode of Ahmedabad ..but result is same
When I contacted customer care centre, tali caller given very silly answer like our service is available in all location except some location..then I told her to tell me name of location in Ahmedabad where deleivery can be available..but she didn’t reply..Company opened customer care centre in each corner of state but they can’t delivered product in mega city Ahmedabad..
