Text of Complaint by Deon George:

I have brought sennheiser cx 180 on 11tg august 2019 and it comes with 2 year warranty. One side stopped working after 10 month of use . I tried to reach sennheiser service centre in kerala .

They said they won’t give replacement because I brought it online . I brought it from paytm mall. PaytmMall Order Id: 8967170168 . Now its a loss of money I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
