I came across issue on my Realme GT Neo 2 phone in December. I have contacted Realme support team for resolution, first they took logs and all and checked it for around 19 days.
On 18th Jan 2023, Realme team asked me to get device checked at service center. I visited service center on 19th Jan 2023 but as they were not able to fix issue readily they asked me to submit device there.
When I rechecked with them, they told me that your device is going to be replaced with new device of Same model from Realme. So, I submitted box and charger on 26th Jan 2023.
Replacement device is supposed to be arrived in 4-5 days. Since then I’m continuously following up with Realme team, but they are not giving me satisfactory answer; it’s been 14 days since submission for replacement and 22 days in total.
I have tried reaching them out multiple times over mail and support Twitter channel, but everytime they are giving generic replies.
I have official document proof for device submission if further needed.
