I paid water purifier AMC service of 1 year dated 19november 2022 through Eureka Forbes app as suggested eureka forbes customer care, but after that payment he said first need 24hrs to update don’t worry, then he said wait for 7 days hut till today is 17 days not refund or not any service given by Eureka Forbes, I have many call every day but he says you have call from customer care but not any call or not any confirmation from eureka forbes, i am very frustrated,
After that i serviced water purifier from locally and i cost for that around 1300/- now i required my all 2150/- refund with my 1300/-
