Respected Sir/Madam,
Myself , Mayur M Patel having prime membership since many years..
Regarding my orders #403-5821580-7784304,
Of which , following 3 products i am facing getting refund inspite of picked up by logistics company since more than 10 days..
(1) Boat Bassheads 225 earphones with mic
(2) Exotique Green leather belt
(3) CREATURE reversible PU – leather belt..
One by one ,I would like to discuss & try to explain to you about each & every things..
1) Regarding Boat Bassheads 225 earphone,
I have ordered that along with others on 15th Oct & I was delivered within few days also..
But when I checked at night after working whole day, It was found tht one side earpiece not working few min then aftr playing few minutes,both earpieces stopped working..thn I checked it properly labelled on earphone & crosscheck it with the product I have ordered then it was found that it was completely different product.it was brand JBL while I have ordered Boat company..
So I have asked for replacement for the same because of defective & wrong product on 19th Oct…& It was approved also.. Replacement Order # 408-0578973-2317112..
But after 2days, when I checked on my app & was tracking order/replacement,then it was showing that replacement product was sent to seller without pick up of defective/wrong product because we have not received/not present at home.. respected sir/madam,my home/door never stay closed since my birth..then how logistics company sending back to seller without calling me or appearing @my door..
Then I called to customer care & explained him Al this details so then customer executive explained me that in electronics 2nd time , replacement won’t be possible so Amazon will refund you for the same..so I also agreed & customer executive rescheduled return & refund on my behalf..
So on 22nd Oct, delivery boy came for pick up & I explained him also regarding wrong product & defective earphones & he took the pick up also after checking…
But after these many days also,I haven’t received refund & when i called to customer executives (8-10 times I called) each & every time they are assuring me that your refund will get initiated in 24-48 hrs..
But Till date, in my app it is showing that return is initiated shortly. But tillnw I haven’t received..
2) Exotique Green Leather Belt,
Regarding this product als I have received new brown colour belt instead of green colour so that I asked for return/refund for the same. & It was picked up by logistics company on 20th Oct…but tillnw i haven’t received any refund for the same…
3) CREATURE reversible PU leather belt,
This product I have received completely used & defective so I asked for the return request
It was successfully picked it up by delivery person after checking on 20th Oct…
But in that also, tillnow I haven’t received any refund..

Regarding Refund of all above mentioned products,
I have called to customer executives many time (min 8-10 times) & each & everytime I had to explain them from the beginning.. & each & evry executive assuring me that your refund will get intiated within 24-48 hrs but tht time period tillnow has not reached & stil I am waiting..
One customer executive blaming on others that your previous executive with whom I have spoken ,he had given you false/fake promises ,means on whom I need to trust that I don’t know..
Now today recent talk with customer executives (3 times with different executive) one is saying that I will get refund within 24 hrs ,another is saying that now return/refund window period is over so seller is refusing to refund….
But my concern is that my all wrong/different product which I have received were picked up from my home within time period (20-23rd Oct).. so how seller/amazon can refuse to refund…..
Its not my concern/issue that who has to do refund..
I have received completely different/wrong product thats why I need to do return.. otherwise being prime member since many years, why I should request for return…
The product in which way I have received ,in same way only I returned all 3…both belts pics I have taken also on the day I opened. & I will attach also here..
Now after waiting for 7-10 days, after explaining to different customer executives everytime, now they come up with new excuses that selller is denying to refund…
That’s not my problem/concern..
We, customer have full faith /trust then only we order through amazon otherwise we would directly contact any seller & can buy …
But as an honest customer who is having full faith/trust on Amazon since many years,now requesting you to go through my issue in detail & try to get solution & initiate my refund ASAP so that i continue my trust on Amazon by which healthy customer-amazon relationship will maintain in future also…
Now I am tired & frustrated explaining to you each & everytime..
So please do the needful as soon as possible..

If Amazon has approved return & pick up & aftr that logistic company has taken successful pick up then as a customer, it’s my right to get full refund..
We, customer have full faith /trust then only we order through amazon otherwise we would directly contact any seller & can buy …
