Please help me in getting refund of the security deposit and installation charges. I took the connection on 7th sep and requested for disonnection on 30 sep and services stopped on 6th oct and till date i have not received my money bck. They are giving random fake excuses. I am being mentally harassed and Area head of Gwalior is also not supporting.
