This is regarding a new broadband connection i requested from airtel on 9th July .One of their representative came to me for document collection and told me that i will have to pay advance rental in order to faster connection process.I did the same and paid ₹2828. Next day another person came and did the wiring my house and said that modem installation will be done soon. On the very next day another persom came for modem installation and he told me that wiring was done from wrong pole and said it will take more time to complete my connection and left. When getting no response for couple of days, i raised a compalint at their call center and got a reply that my connection can not be done as no feasibility is not available in my area. Further they said that refund for my advance payment will be done within 7 days. On checking them 8th day after there response i got anothet email that it will take 15 more days
In the lockdown period they are playing with customer where we need a stable connection with faster installation to carry out our work from home.
Please take a necessary action against these looters.
