1 booked flight ticket on 20th Sep’2, which was declined by Travolook by saying PNR not generated due to system issue and reference no was REF612639490 and amount of Rs.4143 was deducted from my bank account. After that i again booked the flight after a few minute and ticket confirmed by Spicejet with Rs.4643, and PNR Number was PNR-YETG2Q but during the boarding on flight due to extra luggage I canceled the booking. Also received a communication from Spicejet with Case Number 08088416 that refund amount has been transferred to Travolook account on 22-Sep-21. I received a communication that refund of both transaction will made within 7 to 10 working days from . But 1 month gone still amount is not refund yet. I contacted with Travolook customer support by Mail(support@travolook.i) and Call(01246434800) but every time they change the statement by saying you need to wait more 7 to 10working days. Getting false assurance from Travolook. This fraud company is harassing customer.
