I have get Big Bazaar Profit Club Card No. 92234036219024 with balance of more than Rs.7,000/- in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana Big bazaar mall. But Big Bazaar store got closed in early 2022 and remaining unutilized amount not refunded till date by Big Bazaar. I have mailed them in May 2022 & July 2022 with required documents to care@bigbazaar.com. Please help me to refund my amount

But Big Bazaar store got closed in early 2022 and remaining un utilised amount not refunded till date by Big Bazaar. I have mailed them in July 2022 & September 2022 with required documents to care@bigbazaar.com. Please help me to refund my amount.
