ISSUE- Not getting Refund of 409/- from meesho .
I ordered an item from meesho on 28th of Dec 2021 .The item was not worth the price so I returned it.The mode of payment was cash on delivery. After returning the parcel they told me that they have initiated the refund on 6th of january 2022 and told me to wait for 2-3 working days.I made complaint with my bank and also with meesho customer care but no response from their end.The bank says there is no such payment received. Also the bank provided the bank statement. I have been approaching everywhere to seek help but no resolution from anywhere.Even I have talked with Meesho senior but didn’t got any solution.
And now it’s more than two month and I am not getting my refund of 409/- yet .Everytime I contacted them through calls and email the only answer I got is they have initiated the refund on 6th of jan 2022 and the bank is taking so long to reflect the amount.
Moreover they asked me to share my bank transaction statement to proof that I didn’t got the refund so,I shared the online bank transaction statement in pdf format .
But till date I didn’t got my money back and they are telling the same thing again and again to wait for more days but how long should I wait ?
Please do help me to get my refund of 409/- as soon as possible.
Now they are giving excuses and I can clearly understand by talking to their senior that they are not willing to give my money back.
Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.
