I have never come across such fake promises from Travolook service providers, I initiated my air ticket booking on 17th Nov 2021 post doing my payments of Rs.6099, I got a call that it got declined and booking didn’t happen, now it has been almost one and half months and I haven’t received my refund yet. Moreso, I have been regularly calling up the customer care no and in return one fixed reply comes that it will be refunded in 7-10 days, however those 7-10 days refunds never happened. A while back i spoke to one of the attendant name “Neha” and she gave me one case id 47798309 which is raising to her mailing department, and she said that it will reflect in another 24-48 hrs, if the amount does not gets credited, i will take the matter further to file FIR and also to consumer court.

Aside from the consumer forum and all government authorities – I would request you to kindly look and help me to get my money back, since I am not getting a proper response from Travolook.
