Dear Travolook Partener,
I have booked a ticket from your site on 14th June 2022, but it got cancelled from your side. As per the telephonic conversation from yor customer care team , she said the payment is being declined from the receiving source. It’s been 3 months now and I have not got my money refunded. Every time I call the customer care team, they just give a statement that it will take 7 more days
