I have booked flight ticket in Dec, 2021 and refund was done after 7 months after continuous follow up through calls and mails and I have received in wallet and not in my bank account. Now I have booked ticket on 28th, Aug, 22 and cancelled by them and not received refund and they are not providing any time line also. Ref No. REF128184213.
This is torture from travolook. Request immediate solution. There is no one from travolook to resolve this issue.
