Booked an flight with reference number REF683710227. After 15 min i received a call from your customer support that there was an issue on generating my pnr number and my booking got cancelled. now the concern is i m a student and I m left with no money in my account so kindly reflect my full amount asap i.e 8629 rs into my account .. you already gave me false information regarding the refund you told me that I will receive my money within 3 4 days but after that u told me that I will get my refund within 7 to 10; working days.. still i don’t receive my refund it is so disappointing.. I will never use travolook again In my life and I will tell everyone about this experience ,firstly u cancel my flight and now u r not giving me my own money ..
I don’t have money left in my pockets.. I am a student…. It’s been 16 days excluding sat sun still i am not receiving refund..what’s the matter.. I want My refund by today only…
Everytime when I call you u are telling me that I ll receive refund within 24-48hrs.. it’s so frustrating that you r playing with a student that’s so shameful . And trying to get update I even dropped 3 4 mails to same mail . But still don’t get any answers..
Its my request to you plz refund my full amount of 8679rs to my source of payment i.e gpay ( into my account) .. I have no money… Please revert..
