I booked the flight from Travolook on 31st of October 2021 from Goa to Bangalore with PNR ID -SIWV5S. The money Rs. 16720.00 got debited but the flight ticket got cancelled by airlines. And since then I have been writing several mails to their customer care ID and I have spoken to almost 10-11 customer care representatives requesting for my refund. Every time, I receive the standard response that amount would be refunded in 30 days but it has been more than 6 months now, still there is no action on my refund. It feels so helpless and please help us here
