I booked the flight from Travolook on 13th of February 2022 from Agartala to guwahati with reference ID -REF162895464. The money Rs. 2744 got debited but the flight ticket got cancelled immediately from the website end. And since then I have been writing several mails to their customer care ID and I have spoken to almost 10-11 customer care representatives requesting for my refund. Every time, I receive the standard response that amount would be refunded in 7-10 days but it has been more than 1months now, still there is no action on my refund. It feels so helpless and mental harasment as it is my hard earn money and as a student this amount is big for me.
