Text of Complaint by Harpreet Kaur:

I placed the order on 21th July, 2021 for 4 strips of Trufol Gyne but received the wrong medicine on 25th July. I requested for refund the very same day.
But hadn’t received the refund till today (02 August) despite raising too many complaints back to back. After raising a complaint again on 02 aug, I finally received the call from the executive. Told her the entire case. Upon hearing, she said she forwarded the case to the concerned department and she committed that I would get my refund. However, I have received just a part of my refund, not the complete amount which I paid when I ordered the medicine, even though I returned all 4 strips intact.
I paid 800.32 ₹ online for my order and got refund of 585.21 ₹. Such a thief company causing such inconvenience to the consumers. I want my full refund back. Such hassle for consumers since 15 days just for returning my medicines and such customer care service. I would love if this thief company gets banned.
