Sir, we have booked 2 Return Tickets from Spice Jet on 04th January 2020.PNR Nos are JH1CPH for SG6421,NAME:=TANDRA MUKHERJEE,02 May 2020 MUMBAI To KOLKATA & 31St May 2020 KOLKATA To MUMBAI.
PNR No.:- K7GGPV for SG6421, NAME:- SNEEGADHA MUKHERJEE(student in K.V.INS Hamla,Mumbai)02 May 202O MUMBAI TO KOLKATA & 31st May 2020 KOLKATA TO MUMBAI.
As they have not given the services on the journey date & not cancelled by us.But now they have kept our entire Amount on Credit Shell.We don’t want our Amount to be kept in credit shell.We want our full Amount to be Refunded.Please help us. Thanks. TANDRA MUKHERJEE
