Oda class is an online tuition class. We paid Rs. 6999/- for one year course on 13/04/2024.
As per their (Odd class) refund policy that they will give us 100% refund if we don’t wish to attend the course and ask refund before 07 days.
My son did not want to attend the online course and hence I decided to cancellation subscription.
Their Customer call number was not responding (+9199028 80147) hence I contacted mentor teacher Kaushik (Mob 7740981369 & +918296412654 on daily basis since joining for refund but he said i am not responsible.
I have also sent an email to support@pigeonedu.com for enrolment cancellation. I have not received any reply from us till now. I am daily following the mentor teacher for a refund but he are not responding. No one is looking into this matter. I want my money back and take legal action against them.
