over the past one months, I have been trying to get my refund on order no. 63529642143 which is of Rs1249 .
My refund was initiated on 17dec2021 and as I did not receive my refund , I sent my bank statement on the 27th of dec2021 and was told to wait for 4-5 days . As there was no response from MEESO side I again registered a complaint and got the same mail to wait . This incident happened again and I have registered 4 complaints and got the same mail in return which is to wait for 4-5 days . But I have waited for 27days now and I got no response.
I have called customer care more than 30 times but the same response which is “you will receive a mail from our side”. Today I called the customer care service for 4 times and got 4 different answer. When i told them to transfer my call to a senior executive they would make me hold for 10 mins and then transfer the call for rating. It is sad that I have been shopping with MEESO for more than a year now but sadly the service I am getting now ,I would have never expected this from MEESHO
