I booked a flight ticket from Flipkart Travel for Surat to Kolkata in Spicejet on 13th Dec 2020. Travel date was 4th March 2021. PNR No. GHG2VH. But unfortunately flight was cancelled by airlines. So I requested Spicejet to cancel my ticket. Spicejet confirmed that they have cancelled my ticket and full refund has been sent to flipkart travel. I was also asked to contact flipkart travel to get my money back. On 24th Dec I raised a request to flipkart travel to cancel my ticket and give my refund. But still now I have not received any refund and they have not cancelled my ticket yet from their end. I have raised so many complaints, send many mails but no result. Every time I call the customer care they assure that a resolution will be given with in 48 hours but still now no response have been received yet.
