Hi Team,
I have booked the flight from Darbhanga to Bangalore for 19th DEC 2020 with booking ID FF2010159243399 and the PNR with airline is U825MI via Flipkart and the booking is with Spicejet.
Later I have rescheduled my flight with Airline for 6th FEB 2021 with same PNR. and on 5th FEB 2021 I have cancelled the 2 tickets out of 3 which I have booked due to my personal reasons. But after cancellation I am strugeling for refund between both the flipkart and spicejet.
I don’t know what is the internal process between both of you. During cancellation the PNR got split from spicejet end and the new PNR is IEEU2N whcih got cancelled by spicejet for passenger name Jyoti Thakur and Yogit Singh.
When i am calling Spicejet is telling they have refunded the amount to agency i.e. Flipkat but when i am calling to flipkart they are not ready to cancel the ticket and I am not getting my refund amount.
Every time i am raising complaint with flipkart they are telling it will take 15 days + 9Days to get my refund. Same thing is happening from last 5 months but still no action has been taken.
Spicejet is telling they have given refund to agency but flipkart is telling they didn’t receive.
