I have bought a bean bag from flipkart with order id Order ID – OD428134227789132100. The product was delivered on 24 th may but the information was updated on 26 th may that the product is delivered. I did not like the product as it is not comfortable enough for sitting so I have placed a return request on 28 th may, 2023 . The expected pick up date was by 6 th june.on 6 th june I waited till evening and called flipkart customer care who assured me that it would be picked up by 7 pm. At the end of 6 th june I contacted again flipkart customer care service who told that product will be picked up by next 24 hours. On 7 th june the product was still not picked up, I complained again and then I received a call from flipkart. A lady claiming to be a senior executive promised that if the product is not picked up with in 24 hrs flipkart will refund my money I. e. Rs 1965 first and will then arrange for pick up. 8 th june has passed. I neither received refund nor the product is pi ked up. I earnestly request to take strict action against such unprofessional harassing attitude and I insist flipkart to refund my hard earned money ASAP
