I applied for new connection in act fibernet on 10th of August and paid them 5months of billed amount of 2590 rupees…at night on the same day technian came and checked about service is there or not….then he said we don’t have service in your area….you can ask them for refund…then I continuously contacted them for raising ticket about refund…after the 2 day’s of delay on 12th of August they raised a ticket regarding refund process….from 12th of August until now today it’s been a long time… I’m calling daily to the customer care service they’re not taking any action nor giving me refund.
