Vide REF545864928 my ticket was cancelled by TRAVOLOOK. They agreed to pay the refund in full . I have talked to them many times. inspite of many calls they are not refunding. every time I talk they agree to pay soon. It has been long time that they have not refunded my money . I have called them many a time but every time I am being given hope of this week and this week. They are unnecessarily delaying the refund for the reason best known to them.
