This is regarding refund initiation for the Jio fiber connection which I surrendered and my device has been checked and picked up on 13th July and I was asked to provide bank account details which I shared and got the confirmation from Jio.
As per the policy I should have received the refund within 14days from the date of device picked up but it’s been one and half month and till now I have not received refund even no transaction ID has been shared with me desparately being told by Jio exceutives that it’s initiated, if it’s initiated why don’t you share the transaction ID? My complain number with Jio is SR000015WWHY.
I took the connection on 22nd June, due to poor network connectivity I surrendered the connection ( I informed enginner on 22nd June only that it’s not working as expected but they didn’t notice at all) and the device has been picked up on 13th July with a healthy condition and I was asked to provide bank details for refund process, I gave account details and got notification from Jio.
It’s been a month now, till I have not received a single penny and whenever I tried contacting Jio customer service, I am being told to wait without giving any proper justification, hence I lodged a complaint in National consumer forum with the docket number
2901117, but this is also closed without proper justification.
Every time I call Jio being asked to wait another 14 days, hence asking you to have a look into this issue and refund money as soon as possible.
Really most pathetic customer service ever from Jio and never recommend to anyone.
