Text of Complaint by Anupam Shukla:

I purchased a product from Amazon on 19th of January 2022. It was an Usha Quartz Room Heater. The product worked well for a few days but then suddenly it’s one of the rods stopped heating. Since it was in the return period, I decided to return it. On 16th of Feb I received a completely damaged product in replacement. It was stained, rusted, broken grills and not working at all. I was very much disappointed and was forced to again order for a refund. I also reviewed the product on Amazon (it’s must be still there). The pick up agent came up on 17th and we showed him the damaged product and handed it over to him. Now , the status which would have been to be updated to picked did not changed till night. I got nervous and called the agent who came to pick up the product and asked him regarding that. He aggressively picked up the call and said that he will again deliver the product as it was broken. I said that’s why I returned it. I said that I will not receive it as it’s broken. And here begins the things to get worsened as I it’s 08th of March and I have still not received my refund and its showing pending pick up. I also called Amazon executives multiple times and every time they assured me of help but no help practically . I am broken with this, kindly help me!!
