I have placed order for a Laptop- ASUS VIVOBOOK for my sister Sayani Roy and Order 407-5539270-4403541(of product) on 11th August 2021. The order got automatically cancelled by AMAZON in the midway, before reaching me.
A Refund was initiated from AMAZON side, but I did not receive the refund till today’s date 26th September 2021. They even raised a Refund Ticket to rectify the payments. Ticket Reference Number : D28779416. Whenever, I call them they just extend the date of the refund and not refund the money.
