Hi All,
I have requested to transfer my excess amount which I got refund from flipkart to my Kotak credit account. They requested some details and bank statement with bank cancelled cheque for transfer the amount but it’s been more than 1 and half month which is they are asking me same documents again and again after send clear visible documents. And also when we tried to call Customer care they are again asking same thing and we can not make calls repeatedly because they will charge for speak the customer and there is no toll free number to speak properly with them I tried 5 times but no luck. SR#1-16987174104 this SR was raised and they have rejected again I have requested and they again raised new one and also closed stating incomplete document. Please help me in this . Finally I am starting to use the excess amount by using in the shoping except getting the refund in my saving account as I had very urgency.
