Sir,
I have an account on 909….737 from which I have ordered one product worth Rs. 4649 and paid through Amazon Vouchers. But unfortunately, this account was deleted automatically while updating my email address as per the advice of Amazon Executive in the same account.
As per the conversation with Amazon Customer service, let me access my old account so that I can reuse my voucher amount. Because the order is returned due to damaged bar code issue and I was not informed about it. The order ID is 40614898206646721.
Also on 14th April, I talked to Mr. Mukesh from the Amazon Technical Team, who advised me to close the new account permanently and wait for 48 hrs. After 48 hrs, my old account will be accessed by me again from which I can get my refund money. But after 48 hours, I am unable to access my old account. Then I have talked with Amazon Customer service several times, but each time they told me that they can not help me regarding this issue, as my number is not showing in any account. I am surprised that Mr. Mukesh from Amazon tricked me into cutting off all the connecting links through which I can access my account. Now I am helpless to get my money back, which I have paid to Amazon for the order on 28th March 2025.
