I have done recharge of Rs600 on 6Jan22, from tata sky mobile app but the transaction got failed and money was debited and I called to the customer care regarding this they told me to wait for 48 hrs, then also I haven’t received my refund, then again I called them and raised the complain regarding them they told that it will take 6-8 working days to process your refund, but again they are saying wait for another 10working days, for getting a refund how many days I have to wait?
