I m person with disability. I have booked roundtrip flights from Delhi to Indore on 23th July 2022 from Travolook.in with reference ID -REF276355954. I immediately got a mail from the website after the amount of Rs. 8872 has been deducted stating that the Booking is under process and it may take 30 minutes for confirmation. Within a minute or so I received a call from travolook saying that my booking got cancelled due to operational reason and when I asked about the refund then it was said that a refund will be provided post 10-15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday.. i tried calling many times they are not getting any response .. please help me
