I have surrendered my JIo fiber device which is collected by the JIO officials on 3.7.2021. I had paid a SD of Rs. 2500/- at the time of installation which was refundable but since last four months they are denying the refund on false pretext. In the mean time I had several time mail them but not response is given as yet..
