I ordered boots on 24th feb 2022 and it’s delivered on 27th feb..next day I returned that boots due to size issue…and today is 18th march…between these time duration I called numerous times to the customer care…all the time I was advised to wait for 4 to 5 working days or send them a bank statement…even i sent bank statement to them twice…and still not getting my money back…how many days i have to wait?…is this kind of service they provide now soon it’s going to be one month…and still I didn’t get my refund…please take action as soon as possible…
