I had ordered Balzano GW902k hand-held vacuum Cleaner(Grey)
Order I’d. OD125520220758833000 on 21st July 2022 on Flipkart. To change the delivery address I called to Flipkart helpline number, they ask me to cancel the item and order it separately. As per their advise I did the cancellation on 23rd July. Just because the offers was not ON and my order was prepaid I had to wait for the refund to reorder it. After the the cancellation, its been almost 2 months but, neither receive my refund nor the product yet. Meanwhile I called customer helpline No many times, every time they are asking me to wait for 24-48 hrs. Also I realised that the item is getting cancelled multiple times, it’s get cancelled and the cancellation gets cancelled after few moments.
I am frustrated with the Flipkart support. My money is stuck in their pocket.
Please help.
